How do I fund my account with CashU?

Log in to MyFXTM and click on “Fund Deposit” in order to select the trading account you wish the transfer to be made to. Then select CashU as the “Transfer Type” and you will be redirected to CashU in order to provide your credentials.

How long does it take for my transfer to be processed?

Unless there is an issue with verifying your details, your funds should appear in your trading account within 2 working hours.

Does CashU charge any fees or table-accordion commissions?

There is a 7% process fee incurred for using the CashU service. Please do note that CashU only accepts USD deposits; in the case that you wish to make your deposit in another currency, this will automatically be converted to USD with a possible conversion fee charged by CashU.

What’s the minimum amount I can deposit with CashU?

The minimum deposit for CashU is 5 USD.

Markets are gradually stabilizing in the aftermath of last week's surprise events, which shocked the global investment world. On January 15^th, the Swiss National Bank announced their decision to unpeg the franc from the euro in a move which jolted the global markets and disturbed the plans of countless investors worldwide.

In response to the crisis which unraveled following the shocking news, FXTM switched trading on CHF-based instruments to "Close-only" mode, allowing traders with open positions to close them, but not to open new positions. These steps were taken to protect our clients from further exposure to the high market volatility created at the time, and we are pleased to announce that today, normal trading has recommenced and all CHF-based instruments are now fully tradable.

All negative balances which arose during the hours of high volatility have been rectified by FXTM and business continues as usual.

The Swiss National Bank's decision to abandon the franc's cap against the euro just days after officials stated that this policy is as concrete as ever, sent shock waves across the currency markets and pulled the rug out from under the feet of investors worldwide.

ForexTime would like to report that this unexpected turn of events has not had a major impact on the Company, as a solid risk management policy has always been in place to safeguard the Company and its clients against situations like this. We would also like to assure clients that our capital adequacy ratio has not been affected in the least; all losses have been absorbed and our client's funds remain protected. Any negative balances which have arisen are in the process of being corrected and business will continue as usual.

ForexTime would like to inform all clients that we are still allowing trading on CHF pairs, but only in "Close-only" mode. This means that those traders who currently hold open positions can close them, however new positions cannot be opened.

Trading on CHF pairs will resume as normal shortly, as the market stabilizes. Please refer back to our website for further updates.
